What is your turn around time?

My average turn around time is 2-7 business days. I do carry a small collection of inventory in the shop, but most items need to be custom ordered. Please keep that in mind when purchasing.

You’re more than welcome to contact me for a more accurate TAT if you’re concerned about receiving your order by a certain time.

Can I contact you to inquire about something I need that is not displayed on your website?

Absolutely! I'll be more than happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The website does not limit your options for garments or designs.

Do you create custom digital designs?

Yes. If there is something specific you are looking for but do not see on the website, I am happy to collaborate with you on a new design. Many of the digital designs displayed on the website were created by me.

Do you offer pick up?

Yes. Dodge that shipping fee and select pickup to eliminate shipping charges.

Do you offer discounts for group and bulk orders?

Yes. Please contact me to discuss details.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Due to the custom nature of your item, all sales are final.

Can I bring you item(s) to customize?

I will not work on items brought to me by the customer for various reasons.
